Subscription questions
- What happens when a subscription runs out?
- The mosque falls back to Amanah rather than stopping. The screen keeps running and none of your content is deleted — only the capacity and display options narrow to Amanah’s limits.
- What if I change plan mid-term?
- Time already paid for is never rewritten. On an upgrade, the remaining days are converted at the difference in price and the newly purchased months are added on top. Buying a cheaper plan keeps the plan already in force and converts the purchase into extra days at that plan — entitlement never drops mid-term.
- Can a community member pay for a mosque they don’t administer?
- Not yet. For now the purchase is made from a mosque caretaker’s account inside the app. Public donations are on the way.
- Where does payment happen?
- In the Masjid Media Android app, through Google Play — not on this site.
- What uses up the storage quota?
- The media you upload for slideshows and announcements. The quota is counted per mosque, with a 10 MB ceiling on any single file.
